If you make your own maple syrup, this evaporator is sure to come in handy for you! The 55-gallon drum serves as a fire box and two stainless steel trays are ready to boil off all of that extra water, leaving you with pure, golden maple syrup.
This kit comes with a copper siphon to bottle your syrup and a 60-in section of chimney to get the draft in the drum going.
