We were first introduced to the Opinel pocket knives in the 1970s, when Patsy purchased one in France and fell in love. This is a durable little pocket knife, the beechwood handle is comfortable to hold and the stainless steel blade holds an edge beautifully and is rust-resistant. The handles of the stainless steel knives have a natural finish.
The Number 09 has a stainless steel collar that swivels to lock the knife open or closed and is ideal for picnicking, whittling or simply to carry in your pocket for the odd job.
